Our Facilities
Universal Rectifiers is a growing company with many goals to achieve.
We opened the doors to this company in 1980. The building that housed our
company was about 5,000 square feet. We wanted to build a company which would manufacture a
product that would supply the needs of the customer. In 1980
with over 25 years in the industry, and seven employees, wanted to a be a custom manufacturer of cathodic protection rectifiers. Well, today in the year 2008 not only does
Universal Rectifiers still manufacture custom cathodic protection
rectifiers, but is the largest manufacturer in the industry. In over twenty-eight
years we have grown from a 5000 square foot building to over
30,000 square feet
and an additional 2,500 square
foot of class room used for
rectifier troubleshooting seminars. We have grown from seven employees to about forty employees with
over 340 years combined experience and have been instrumental in the
production of over 150,000 rectifiers. A lot of these goals have been achieved, but it won't stop there. We know in this world the sky is the
limit and there are lots of goals to achieve and Universal Rectifiers wants to
reach them. You the customer, are number one and our goal is to satisfy
your needs. We would like to take this time to express our thanks to
you for your business and we will make great efforts to continue a solid
relationship.
